Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business growth and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, cultivating client relationships, managing sales conversions, and supporting digital and on-ground marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a flair for marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Present project details, conduct site visits, and convert prospective clients into confirmed buyers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and follow up systematically to ensure closure.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, and local events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotional materials, and project visuals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and share insights for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with CRM and after-sales teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–4 years) in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRM software).
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and digital marketing basics.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred for regional sales interactions).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
