Industry: Garment & Home Textile Manufacturing
We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in calendar management, communication handling, task tracking, reporting, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, emails, calls, and daily priorities
- Prepare daily updates, weekly business dashboards, MOMs, and task trackers
- Track KRAs, team performance, deadlines, and project progress
- Coordinate with production, accounts, merchandising, and marketing teams
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, compliance trackers, and company records
- Ensure timely follow-ups, commitment closures, and smooth operational flow
Requirements:
- Graduate with 4+ years of experience as EA/PA/Business Coordinator/Office Manager
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, export, or fashion industry preferred
- Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work directly with leadership
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Understanding of textile manufacturing processes and export operations
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
