Job Title: Group HR Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *Group HR Manager* to lead and manage all HR functions across our group companies. The role will focus on building strong HR systems, managing talent, improving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for all group entities.
* Handle performance management systems and employee appraisals.
* Oversee payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
* Build employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
* Manage training & development initiatives.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Support leadership in organizational development and change management.
* Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking with operational execution ability.
* Experience in multi-location or group HR management preferred.
* Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Qualifications
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
* 4–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.
* Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
