Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Welder responsible for performing welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance activities as per production and quality requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience with welding equipment, drawings, and safety practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform welding activities such as Arc Welding / MIG Welding / TIG Welding as per requirement.
- Carry out fabrication, fitting, repair, and maintenance work.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper welding quality, finishing, and strength of joints.
- Inspect completed welding work and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain tools, machines, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow company safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for daily activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Experience in handling welding machines and tools.
- Understanding of measurement instruments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month

- Salary for first 6 months will be ₹18,000 and after confirmation CTC may go up to ₹25,000 based on performance. Are you comfortable with this structure?
