Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies, managing brand communications, preparing professional press releases, and designing engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should possess strong content writing, graphic design, and digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging, high-quality written content, including social media posts, thought leadership articles, announcements, and marketing communications.
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional press releases in accordance with journalistic and corporate communication standards.
- Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, PR agencies, and external partners to maximize brand exposure
- Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
- Manage advertising budgets and prepare campaign performance reports
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design platforms to produce high-quality content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,402.20 - ₹58,721.67 per month
