Role and Responsibilities
1. Lease Agreement Management
- Monitor lease start and end dates, renewal options, and termination deadlines.
- Communicate important dates and conditions to all relevant parties.
- Keeplease agreements organized and accessible to streamline administrative tasks.
- Exercise discretion with confidential information.
2. Rent Collection and Financial Reporting
- Ensure rent is collected on time and followup with tenants on any late payments.
- Track rent escalations, percentage rent agreements, and additional fees.
- Provide property owners with detailed financial reports on rental income and expenses, enabling them to make informed decisions.
3. Lease Abstraction and Documentation
Lease abstraction process involves creating a concise, summarized version of a lease that includes the most critical details, such as:
- Rent amount, payment schedules, and escalation clauses.
- Lease start and end dates, renewal options, and termination conditions.
- Tenant and landlord responsibilities for maintenance and repairs.
- Proofread all lease abstraction reports for accurate input.
- Clarify any vague lease terms or intent with Leasing Agent or Legal Department.
- Review billings and statements.
- Calculate CPI rental increases.
- Communicate and follow with team members on any missing lease documentation, forms and/or dates.
4. Tenant Communication and Dispute Resolution
- Investigate the issue and refer to the lease agreement for guidance.
- Work with legal teams if necessary to resolve the issue.
5. Outgoings Recoveries Reconciliation
- Track and calculate Outgoings Recoveries charges for individual tenants based on lease terms.
- Conducting annual reconciliations to ensure tenants are charged accurately.
- Addressing any discrepancies and resolving disputes over Outgoings Recoveries.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
