- Process and manage purchase orders (POs) for real estate vendors and service providers, ensuring timely approvals and execution
- Track and manage tenant improvement allowances (TIAs), reimbursements, and lien waivers, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with landlords
- Review and support execution of landlord documents such as Estoppel certificates and SNDA agreements, ensuring consistency with lease terms
- Monitor and generate reports on lease status, critical dates, and contract milestones, supporting business decision-making
- Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation, compliance checks, and record tracking
- Review CAM charges, taxes, and landlord billings in collaboration with Accounting to prevent overpayments
- Manage and maintain databases for vendors, brokers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring all agreements are documented
- Coordinate with global stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Real Estate, GCC teams) for vendor setup, new store openings, and operational readiness
- Support utility setups and energy vendor coordination across leased locations
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance
YOU HAVE
