Job Title: Back Office Executive
Work Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
This position requires in-person work in Ahmedabad. Only candidates who are currently based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas and can attend office regularly should apply.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our women-friendly office environment. The role involves documentation, client coordination, and administrative tasks.
The candidate should have basic knowledge of email communication, Microsoft Excel, and MS Word, along with basic to good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to official emails professionally
- Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel
- Prepare documents and reports using MS Word
- Maintain records and files (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Assist in general administrative and back-office tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Ability to draft and reply to emails
- Basic to good understanding of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience
Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
Prior back office or administrative experience will be an advantage.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidate must be able to commute to Narol, Ahmedabad for office work.
