Operation Theatre Nurse

Mercy Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Operation Theatre Nurse to join our surgical care team.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and doctors during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain OT instruments and sterile environment
- Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery
- Coordinate with OT team for smooth surgical procedures
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of OT experience preferred
Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of OT procedures and sterilization techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Patient-centered approach and attention to detail
