Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an HR Executive to support how The Stack hires, grows, and looks after its people. You should be people-first, organised, and comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or people operations, preferably at a startup and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You should be able to balance a strong candidate experience with the day-to-day needs of the business.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Goa.
What You'll Own
You will own the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening through to offers, while ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout.
You will lead people operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and the day-to-day support that keeps the team connected as the company grows. You will also serve as a key point of contact between the team and the founders, keeping track of how people are doing and raising issues that need attention.
You will manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly. As the team scales, you will build and maintain the systems that keep these functions running cleanly and on time.
