A telecaller executive connects with potential or existing customers on behalf of a company. Their primary role is to drive sales, generate business leads, resolve product inquiries, and provide customer support over the phone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound Calling: Proactively reaching out to prospects using tailored scripts to pitch products, share promotional offers, and schedule appointments.
- Inbound Support: Handling incoming calls from clients to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-sales support.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups: Identifying and nurturing sales leads, and scheduling callbacks to maximize conversion rates.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
