Reports To: Plant Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor for our Loha (Iron/Steel) Plant. The candidate will supervise daily production activities, manage workers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory and production operations in the Loha Plant.
- Manage machine operators, helpers, and production staff.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Inspect machinery and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure product quality according to company standards.
- Train new workers and guide staff on operational procedures.
- Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in iron/steel/factory operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of factory safety standards and production processes.
- Ability to handle manpower and shift operations.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
