Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales & Services

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Sales & Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in IT sales and services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals within assigned regions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and brand positioning.
- Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, products, and innovations.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in B2B IT services and solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, software solutions, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling large accounts and engaging with CXO-level executives.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling IT services such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales approaches.
- Prior experience working with IT service providers, system integrators, or technology consulting firms.
