- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety (HSE) protocols across the site and liaise with local authorities for compliance.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, track expenditures, and compile progress reports for senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, surveying, and structural mechanics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical or logistical issues quickly.
- Communication: Strong leadership to manage labor crews alongside negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and clients.
