As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and guiding social media executives in developing and executing content plans and campaigns. You will act as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring all strategies align with the client’s goals and deliverables
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the social media executive team, setting clear expectations and tracking campaign performance to meet KPIs.
- Develop and refine innovative, engaging content strategies aligned with client branding, audience preferences, and business objectives, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, delegate to social media executives, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met using project management tools.
- Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, while recommending optimizations.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate new strategies into campaigns to keep clients ahead of competitors.
- Develop long-term social media strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
- Create strategic content calendars and tailor campaigns to meet client objectives, aligning with current industry trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and campaign management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and campaign reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
