About the RoleOptimum Technologies AUS Pty Ltd is hiring a Civil Engineer to support our Australian construction clients remotely from our Zirakpur office. The role requires excellent English communication skills as you will be dealing directly with Australian clients on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret construction plans and drawings- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from construction plans- Prepare work measurements and update BOQ as work progresses- Follow up with designers and consultants on design queries- Close Requests for Information (RFI) by coordinating with project stakeholders- Compile job artefacts and match with BOQ- Prepare completion packs and handover documentation- Create survey packs and organise survey activities- Finalise survey artefacts and ensure accurate record keeping- Maintain project documentation and reportsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory- Ability to read and interpret Australian construction standards and plans- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant construction software- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines- Experience working with Australian clients preferredWork Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST (aligned with Australian business hours)Location: CCC Plaza, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Punjab
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
