KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food service.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, or functions.
- Prepare shift schedules and report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Promote upselling of food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
