Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- B.Sc. (Electrical/Electronics) candidates may also apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing customers, dealers, and sales engineers across India.
- Handle technical queries related to company products.
- Provide technical assistance to the Tender Department during tender preparation and bidding.
- Prepare and send quotations, offers, and technical documents against customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the factory and engineering team for technical support and product-related matters.
- Maintain and update customer and dealer databases.
- Keep the company website updated with product and technical information.
- Communicate new product launches and product updates to existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in customer relationship management and business development activities.
Desired Skills
- Good technical knowledge of electrical/electronic instruments.
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email correspondence, and internet applications.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and tender requirements.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.
