Telecaller Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and customers as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
