Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Water Treatment Engineer / Technician who is capable of handling complete design, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and service activities for Water Treatment Systems.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in RO Plants, Water Softeners, DM Plants, and basic knowledge of Waste Water Treatment Systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and selection of suitable water treatment systems based on raw water analysis
- Installation and commissioning of: Industrial/Commercial RO Plants, Domestic RO Systems, Water Softeners, DM Plants, Ultra Filtration Systems, STPs & ETPs.
- Handling pipeline layouts, pump selection, valve arrangements, and system integration
- Site inspection and technical discussion with clients
- Troubleshooting and servicing of water treatment systems
- Water quality testing and performance monitoring
- Understanding of TDS, hardness, pH, SDI, silica, iron, and other water parameters
- Basic knowledge of STP/ETP/Waste Water Treatment preferred
- Coordinating with technicians and vendors during installation
- Preparing service reports and commissioning reports
- Client training after installation completion
Required Skills:
- Strong practical knowledge in Water & Waste Water Treatment
- Experience in RO membrane systems and pretreatment systems
- Knowledge of FRP vessels, dosing systems, multigrade filters, carbon filters, softeners, and DM systems
- Ability to independently handle site work and commissioning
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for site visits and installations
- Basic electrical and plumbing understanding preferred
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental or related field
- Experienced technicians with strong practical knowledge can also apply
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Water Treatment Industry
Salary + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad)
