ShyamBhajo Jewellers is a jewellery retail brand committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, trust, and customer experiences. As we expand our operations and launch our new retail store, we are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store and back-office operations.
Coordinate inventory management, stock movement, and stock audits.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, marketing, and management teams.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor vendor coordination and order tracking.
Assist in implementing operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely execution of store activities, events, and customer deliveries.
Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
Support management in achieving business and operational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, retail management, or administration preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an added advantage.
