Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contract & Billing Manager with strong experience in façade, aluminium, glazing, or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for contract administration, project billing, commercial coordination, and ensuring timely submission and certification of project claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project contracts, commercial terms, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and review RA Bills, client invoices, variations, and final bills.
- Handle quantity measurements, BOQ reconciliation, and billing certification.
- Prepare and submit variation claims, additional works, and escalation claims.
- Review contracts, work orders, BOQs, specifications, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Estimation, Accounts, and Site teams for billing and commercial matters.
- Track client payments, retention, deductions, and outstanding receivables.
- Handle subcontractor billing, certification, and reconciliation.
- Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Maintain proper documentation for claims, correspondence, and contractual records.
- Support project teams in resolving commercial and contractual issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in façade, aluminium & glazing, building envelope, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, billing, BOQ, measurements, variations, claims, and commercial management.
- Good knowledge of Excel and billing/estimation software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Location: Hyderabad
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in façade contracting and project commercial management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
