Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement quality control measures.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, bills, and contractor invoices.
- BOQ preparation alonqwith Quantity Estimation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.
