We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of both our experiential tour venture and villa business.
This is a dynamic hybrid role suited for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with people, handling operations, and being part of a growing hospitality and cultural experiences brand. The role involves a mix of operations, coordination, finance tracking, research, event execution, and marketing support across both businesses.
You will work closely with the founders and core team to ensure the smooth functioning of:
- Guided cultural and heritage tour experiences in Bengaluru
- Villa and farm stay operations
- Small-scale events and guest experiences hosted at the property
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both desk work and on-ground execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
