Material Feeding: Load raw, cleaned spices (e.g., chili, coriander, turmeric) into hoppers or feeding mechanisms, ensuring a steady and consistent flow.
Control Settings: Adjust machine variables (speed, temperature, and feed rate) to prevent heat buildup and preserve the aroma, color, and flavor of the spices.
2. Quality Control
Monitor Output: Periodically check the milled spices to ensure they meet the company's specific texture, granulation, and color standards.
Waste Management: Remove inadequate batches, defective materials, and waste according to company guidelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain activity logs tracking batch numbers, processing times, and machine performance metrics.
3. Hygiene, Food Safety, and Compliance
Sanitation: Conduct rigorous pre-and post-production cleaning of machinery and the surrounding workspace to prevent cross-contamination.
Safety Gear: Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols, including wearing hairnets, gloves, masks, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
