akumenbyQ is looking for a passionate and industry-oriented Data Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor learners from academic and professional backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on Data Engineering and Data Analytics technologies.
- Design and update training content, assignments, case studies, and hands-on labs aligned with industry requirements.
- Conduct practical sessions, project mentoring, assessments, and code reviews.
- Guide learners in building end-to-end data solutions and portfolio projects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support placement readiness through mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum quality and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or related domains.
- Minimum 1 year of training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
