Job Title: Training Counsellor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Counsellor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private educational institutes. Candidates with prior exposure to shipping and logistics training environments will be given preference, though it is not mandatory.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students, promoting training programs, and supporting enrollment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on training programs and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Drive student enrollments and meet admission targets
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to promote courses
- Maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and training processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a private educational institute
- Strong digital marketing skills (social media, campaigns, lead generation)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in shipping and logistics training institutes
Compensation:
