Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth strategy across enterprise business segments.
- Lead strategic sales and business expansion initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing revenue teams.
- Develop and execute GTM and growth strategies.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to drive business objectives.
- Strengthen enterprise customer relationships and strategic accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 18–25 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, SaaS sales, or revenue leadership roles.
- Experience in HRTech, Talent Solutions, Assessments, Employer Branding, EdTech, or selling enterprise solutions to HR stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Proven track record of managing large business portfolios and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience scaling teams within growth-stage or fast-paced organizations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Stable career progression with demonstrated ownership in leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background preferred.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000,000.00 per year
