We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to manage our store of building, hardware, and plumbing products. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on knowledge of plumbing materials , pipe sizes, and fittings, along with basic computer skills (MS Excel) to maintain accurate digital stock records.
- Excel & Computer Stock Management: Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing materials using MS Excel sheets.
- Material Verification: Check incoming deliveries from suppliers to ensure the correct pipe sizes (e.g., CPVC, UPVC, GI), quantities, and qualities match the bills.
- Issue & Dispatch: Accurately issue the exact plumbing and hardware materials required by our site teams to prevent wastage.
- Inventory Control: Track current stock levels on the computer and alert management when materials are running low.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse store neat, clean, and organized so items can be counted and located easily.
Requirements / Skills
- Product Knowledge: Must easily identify different types of plumbing pipes, fittings, valves, and hardware tools.
- Computer Skills: Practical knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry, basic formulas, maintaining stock ledgers) and basic computer operations.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience working in a hardware store, construction store, or material warehouse.
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary with basic computer training.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
