We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience across our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support daily customer service operations and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or support.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
