We are looking for a Laptop Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day service operations of our laptop repair division. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic technical knowledge of laptops, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, branches, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and register laptops for service.
- Assign service jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely repairs.
- Track service status and maintain daily service reports.
- Follow up with branches and customers regarding repair updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement.
- Ensure laptops are dispatched back to branches/customers on time.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, and documentation.
- Escalate delayed or critical service cases to the concerned team.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a laptop service center or IT support environment.
- Familiarity with service ticketing or CRM systems.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
