An ITI Diesel Mechanic is responsible for inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of diesel engines and related systems used in vehicles and machinery such as trucks, buses, tractors, and generators.
- Diagnose problems in diesel engines using tools and testing equipment
- Repair or replace faulty parts like pistons, injectors, fuel pumps, valves, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance (oil change, filter replacement, lubrication)
- Service fuel systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Conduct engine overhauls and performance tuning
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of tools
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
