About the Role
Longefit Fitness Centre is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be highly organized, and be passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions and support smooth studio operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company software systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding memberships, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Support administrative and operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer relations, front office, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Interest in the fitness and wellness industry is preferred.
- Ability to work from our Bangalore location.
Experience
- Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
