About the Role
We are seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to streamline and automate business processes across CRM, customer communication, reporting, and operational systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automation platforms, workflow design, integrations, and process optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Automation
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across business functions
- Automate lead assignment, follow-ups, notifications, customer communication, and reporting processes
- Reduce manual work by implementing scalable automation solutions
System Integrations
- Configure and maintain integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications
- Support API-based data synchronization and workflow automation
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and integration issues
Process Optimization
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow redesign
- Document workflows, automation logic, and SOPs
Monitoring & Support
- Monitor workflow performance and automation health
- Resolve automation errors, sync failures, and operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve workflow effectiveness
Required Skills
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly Connect, Intercom, WebEngage, or similar tools
- Understanding of workflow automation concepts
- Exposure to APIs, Webhooks, and Integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Process-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Basic SQL
- Basic Python or JavaScript
- UAT and testing experience
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
