Responsibilities:
● Take initiative and end-to-end responsibility for all tasks.
● Make sure that the company offices are open before time.
● Make sure the office premise is clean and proper on a daily basis.
● Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
● Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
● Keep the offices clean and tidy by sweeping/mopping/dusting the premises.
● Coordinate with the office maid to oversee the cleanliness of the workplace, and attend to guests.
● Make tea/coffee and serve refreshments.
● Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
● Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages of office supplies.
● Keep pantry items in stock by purchasing groceries and items on time, and maintain the
pantry area.
● Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
● Help serve guests.
● Pick up and drop off guests and employees after office hours when the need arises.
● Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels.
● Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment
within the office.
● Helping the admin department in any supporting tasks as the need arises.
● Helping other staff members as and when required.
● Assist in installation of equipment and testing of Spintly products in the office.
● Maintain the car and get it washed regularly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably 12th pass
- 2 & 4-wheeler licence is a must
- Candidate should live around Margao/Fatorda
- Well versed with administration
- Good communications skill and attitude to work.
- Flexible to work under any situation and shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
