A hotel maintenance technician keeps the building, guest rooms, and equipment safe and working. Key duties include repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to guest requests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Rooms & Public Areas: Fix leaking faucets, unclog drains, repair broken furniture, replace light bulbs, and program TVs.
- System Repairs: Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC (heating and cooling) systems, electrical switches, and plumbing lines.
- Preventive Checks: Inspect machinery, tools, and building fixtures regularly to stop breakdowns before they happen.
- Safety & Logs: Follow safety rules like Lockout/Tagout, keep clean work areas, and write down completed work tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
