Job Summary
Solar Ace Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive / Sr. Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, coordination with internal teams, and handling government/private tender processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track tender opportunities from government and private portals, along with other relevant sources.
- Analyze tender documents, understand technical & commercial requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ preparation, costing, technical inputs, and proposal development.
- Prepare and submit complete tender proposals, including forms, technical documents, commercial documents, and compliance sheets.
- Monitor tender timelines, submission status, clarification requirements, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain tender databases, records, MIS reports, and documentation for future references.
- Manage vendor registrations, empanelments, renewals, and portal-related activities.
- Ensure timely submission of EMD, BG, and other required tender documents.
- Support the team in improving tender processes and maintaining accuracy in submissions.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of government and private tender processes.
- Good knowledge of tender portals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
