Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Prepare job descriptions and assist in hiring the right candidates across departments.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation in digital systems.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in implementing performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns proactively.
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and HR administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and HR tools (preferred).
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (preferred).
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
