Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation of Non-Recovery Type Coke Oven furnaces.
- Relevant Engineering Degree/Diploma.
- Strong knowledge of furnace operations and related processes.
- Candidate must possess a valid passport.
- Willingness to attend training programs as required.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Furnace Operations Executive to manage and monitor furnace operations in our charcoal manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in carbonization, furnace temperature control, production processes, and quality consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor carbonization and furnace systems.
- Maintain furnace temperature, heating cycles, and process parameters.
- Ensure consistent quality of charcoal products.
- Monitor fuel consumption and optimize furnace efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Maintain production records and operating logs.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and plant procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in technical training programs, including international training assignments.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates from Kolkata, Tamil Nadu, or Kerala.
- Experience in hookah charcoal, coconut charcoal, biomass briquettes, or activated carbon industries.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
