About the Role
As a Data Analyst Intern/Fresher, you will work closely with experienced analysts and business teams to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world datasets, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, and analytics projects across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Preparation
- Gather, clean, validate, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Maintain data integrity and improve overall data quality.
2. Data Analysis
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate meaningful business insights.
- Assist in forecasting, predictive analysis, and performance tracking.
3. Reporting & Visualization
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Develop KPIs and performance reports for various business functions.
- Present analytical findings using clear charts, graphs, and visual storytelling techniques.
4. Database Management
- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data.
- Work with relational databases to retrieve business-critical information.
- Support data migration and database maintenance activities.
5. Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives.
- Convert business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize business performance.
6. Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document analytical processes, reports, and findings.
- Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, Lookup Functions).
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Good knowledge of Data Analysis concepts.
- Basic Statistics and Mathematical reasoning.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
