HR Intern assists the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, recruitment support, and employee engagement initiatives to gain hands-on experience. Key duties include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, updating employee records, onboarding support, and assisting with payroll data collection. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.Key Responsibilities recruitment Support: Posting job openings on boards/social media, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and conducting background checks.Administrative Tasks: Updating company databases (HRIS), filing documents, and maintaining employee records.Employee Relations: Supporting employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and responding to basic employee queries.Payroll & Compliance: Assisting in gathering payroll data (leaves, working hours) and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
