A Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves managing patient registrations, appointments, billing coordination, phone calls, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments and consultation rooms.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding appointments and patient flow.
- Collect consultation fees and generate receipts.
- Handle cash, digital payments, and billing-related documentation.
- Verify patient details and maintain accurate records in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Assist patients with insurance, TPA, and cashless admission processes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily reports related to appointments, registrations, and collections.
- Support administrative activities as assigned by the hospital management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma in Hospital Administration (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare front office (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
