The LSRW Head will lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of the school’s language development program, focusing on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills. The role demands strong expertise in curriculum design, academic leadership, and innovative approaches to improve students’ communication proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive LSRW curriculum across all grades
- Develop lesson plans, learning outcomes, and assessment frameworks for language skills
- Introduce innovative methodologies to enhance communication and language proficiency
- Train and mentor teachers on effective LSRW teaching strategies
- Monitor classroom delivery and ensure consistency in language instruction
- Conduct assessments and analyze student performance for continuous improvement
- Organize activities such as debates, presentations, and reading programs
- Integrate LSRW skills across subjects for interdisciplinary learning
- Develop SOPs for language instruction and communication standards
- Conduct audits, feedback sessions, and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with academic heads for curriculum alignment
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
Eligibility & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in English teaching, language training, or academic leadership
- Mandatory experience in curriculum design (preferably LSRW framework)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and manage teachers
- Experience with CBSE or similar curriculum is preferred
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Innovative mindset with a focus on experiential and activity-based learning
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze student performance data and drive improvements
- Familiarity with language labs, phonics, or ESL methodologies is an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
