Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and confident Student Counselor to join our academy. The counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, explaining courses to students/parents, and assisting them in choosing the right program.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inquiries via phone, walk-ins, WhatsApp & social media.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update daily follow-up sheets.
- Assist students during enrollment and provide guidance when needed.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable in talking to students & parents.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp/Calling).
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Student Counseling experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Education
Any degree or diploma is acceptable.
Freshers with good communication are welcome.
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM AND Sunday Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
