Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team in Bangalore. This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or MBA HR candidates who are passionate about Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and want hands-on experience in the complete hiring lifecycle.
You'll work closely with our HR team, gaining practical exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR Operations — while directly supporting hiring for engineering and industrial automation roles. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a fresher HR job, a campus hiring internship, or a mandatory college internship in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars
- Follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Prepare and post job openings across various recruitment platforms
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation
- Support day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities
- Maintain recruitment reports and HR records
Qualifications / Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Com, MSW (HR), or equivalent
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply
- Candidates seeking a mandatory college internship are encouraged to apply
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Good interpersonal and people skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
