Store Operations Associate – Omnichannel Fulfilment

Role Purpose
To manage omnichannel order processing and inventory efficiently by handling ERP transactions, billing, inventory updates, order fulfilment, and dispatch coordination. The role will ensure accurate stock management, timely order processing, and seamless operational support for the store.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Order Fulfilment
● Process omnichannel orders received through the store.
● Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per brand packaging standards.
● Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and shipment handover.
● Track order status and ensure adherence to dispatch timelines.
● Process returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics transactions.
ERP & Billing Operations
● Manage daily transactions on ERP and POS systems.
● Generate invoices, billing documents, and shipment records.
● Update stock movements, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the system.
● Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and dispatches.
● Support store-level reporting and MIS requirements.
Inventory Management
● Ensure inventory accuracy across physical and system stock.
● Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits.
● Coordinate stock inward and outward processes.
● Monitor stock availability for omnichannel fulfilment.
Store Operations Support
● Maintain organized stockroom and packing areas.
● Ensure products are stored and handled as per quality standards.
● Support store opening and closing processes.
● Assist the store team during peak sales periods when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Graduate preferred.
● 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, billing, warehouse operations, or omnichannel fulfilment.
● Experience working on ERP systems, POS software, and inventory management tools.
● Comfortable using Excel and basic reporting tools.
● Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
● Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Background
Candidates from apparel retail, fashion, lifestyle, D2C brands, warehouse operations, or store operations environments will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
