Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls with Bengali-speaking patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
- Explain treatment details, follow-up schedules, and service options clearly.
- Coordinate between patients and the clinical team for seamless communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Bengali and basic English or Hindi.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare coordination is preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
