Job Overview
Pravasi Souq is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Staff to manage billing operations, generate invoices, maintain records, and ensure accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices, bills, and payment receipts accurately.
Verify billing information and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Maintain billing records and update customer payment details.
Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing inquiries.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and mont billing reports.
Support the accounts and administration team with documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and record management.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and billing software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar billing/accounting software is an advantage.
Preferred Candidates : Candidates residing nearby will be given preference.
Candidates with basic accounting or billing experience will have an added advantage.
