Business Development Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (or up to 15% hike from current CTC, based on qualifications and experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our EV Charging Infrastructure business across Central Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth within the EV and energy infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, field visits, and relationship-building activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, fleet operators, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EV sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Central Kerala.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, electrical products, industrial sales, energy solutions, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
