We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR processes and labor policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Assist in performance management and appraisals
- Ensure company policies and compliance are followed
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and team management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (can modify as needed)
Experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
